The Forbidden Fruit is the sister fruited sour project to the Spirit of Nature series. Utilising a modern approach to mixed fermentation, we create gently soured beers that can be directly compared with their Spirit of Nature counterparts reflecting the differences in process and final product.
Our blended culture contains a lactic acid producing yeast strain, generating a fast, pleasing sourness and the base for fruiting. Perfect for comparison, blending or individual enjoyment.
